Golisano Children's Hospital at Strong, located within Strong Memorial Hospital, is a clinical, academic and research powerhouse.
Mission Statement: To serve families and individuals in need that reside in the Town of Irondequoit, by providing assistance without bias or prejudice.
Mission to provide love, a sense of security, warmth and comfort to children who are seriously ill, traumatized, or otherwise in need through the gifts of new, handmade blankets and afghans, lovingly created by volunteer "blanketeers."
A non-profit organization established to support patients and survivors who have been afflicted by breast cancer. By providing loving guidance, funding, care and knowledge, we help them regain their dignity and self-esteem as well as emotional and physical beauty.
The Sunset House offers an alternative living arrangement for persons who are in the final stages of terminal illness and cannot be cared for in their own homes. We are a non-profit organization that relies on volunteerism, fundraising and memorial contributions for support.
